The first center for green technologies is being built in a former cardboard factory. Research, development, sustainability and entrepreneurship are synergistically bundled and open up new potentials. The expansion will take place in the following phases:
Phase 1:
The Kesselhaus as a foundation stone and demonstrator on 1000 m2.
Phase 2:
Extension of the start-up & research campus on 10,000 m2.
Phase 3:
Expansion of the research and economic infrastructure.
Phase 4:
Third expansion and further arrival of industry and companies.

Kesselhaus renovation
The first foundation stone was laid. In March 2022, the first renovations began in the VIRIDIS Kesselhaus 4.0. In the first quarter of 2023, the Kesselhaus will open its doors to the public for the first time.
Concept: Hebertshausen
The overall concept of the Hebertshausen cluster is developed in cooperation with leading planning offices in Munich. The most modern and sustainable construction methods are prioritized.
